Please check if your call accounting software generates a text file which contains the call accounting data. Generally all the standard call accounting software does provide this. You need to provide us the format of this file, so that we can make the interface which reads the data from this and posts the required data in eZee FrontDesk database. If possible please send this file or a portion of this file to us. Once we receive this file we will work make a small utility called Call interface which will integrate your call accounting software with eZee FrontDesk . |
