When I try to see the transactions of a certain date, it says "Reports Locked" and that day transactions are not shown to me.

 

Someone has locked the day, to unlock it, right click that day’s node in the date tree and select unlock. By locking the day, you can prevent the inadvertent changes in data. eZee FrontDesk has a feature of locking the rooms after particular days so that your operators are not able to see them or do any changes. You can set this option from configuration module, setting the Lock Days after option in Display Option.
