This situation occurs in network version of eZee FrontDesk and some times in the desktop version too.. When the guest room is opened for operation in one of the terminals, you cannot access that room from any other terminal unless it is closed. That is, room is locked from any operation. This is indicated as computer type icon on the rooms those are opened in other terminals and can’t be opened.
You can forcibly remove the locks imposed on the rooms if either you are Admin or privileged to perform this operation. From the Tools menu, click on Network Locks. Checkmark the rectangle besides the room(s) in this new window and click on Delete. You will be asked a confirmation, then press Yes. This will remove the network lock.
