When you add a room, it becomes active on and after the date you specify here. Say you install the software on Feb 16th. If you wish to start entering data from February 1st, you would specify February 1st as your Add From date. If you want to add previous months/years Data then please select that day for that room. Else you cannot enter the previous months/years data. |
