When we install eZee FrontDesk NextGen, we install 2 applications eZee Configuration and eZee FrontDesk. eZee Configuration is an application, which allow you to configure basic information like Room Type, Rate Type, Rates, Rooms, Tax, Hotel Information, Users etc. This is information, which is kind of master information, which will be used by eZee FrontDesk to perform transactions like Check In, Reservation, Check Out etc. So please find a short cut on your desk top named “eZee Configuration” and enter all basic information first. Once you are done with setting up basic information, please start eZee FrontDesk to start all your Front Office Operations.
