The software lets you take feedback from the
guests regarding the services rendered by the hotel. The feedback form is
very comprehensive with ratings such as Good, Average and Poor. You can also
log in the other hotels visited by the guests, their complaints,
suggestions, other preferred hotels, will they visit again with reasons etc.
Follow the steps below to add guest feedback from the guest.
- Right click on the guest room and select
the Guest Feedback Operation. The Guest Feedback form gets displayed.
- Go to Services tab and select the
appropriate ratings of the services as feedback from the guest.
- Go to Hotels tab and enter the other hotel
details visited by the guest.
- Go to General tab and enter other general
information along with the suggestions and complaints of the guests which
will help you in assessing guest feedback.
- Click on Save to save it.
