The software lets you to store and maintain the details of lost items. You can store the details of the lost items along with the complainant details.When the item is found you can return it to the complainant and keep track of the deskclerk who returned the item. i.e the resolved information.
Remember that when you store the lost item and complainant details for the first time you will not have access to the resolved information but from the second time you can store the resolved information.
