 Adding Other Charges to many rooms simultaneously

The software lets you to enter other charges for more than one room at a time instead of adding them via rooms from eZee FrontDesk main screen. That is you can select multiple rooms and apply the same charge to all those rooms in a single instance. These other charges get associated with the rooms. Thus saves the essential time of desk clerk and manpower. Hence called Bulk Charges.

  1. From the Utilities menu, select Bulk Charges. The Charges Information form gets displayed.

  2. Select the rooms from the Available Room List to which you would like to add the same charge type and charge. Modify the Amount if necessary.

  3. Click on Assign to apply the charge. Note that the rooms are added to the Selected rooms list with the charge.

  4. Click on OK to save the changes and close the Charges Information.
