 Creating New Payment Types  
  Various means of Payment can be stored. Any one of the payment type can be used while collecting the amount form the guest. The software is preconfigured with Cash, Check and Bad Debts payment type. One can add more payment types. Follow the steps below to add more payment types.
  1. From the Configuration menu, select the Payment Types. The Payment Types form gets displayed.
  2. Click on Add or hit Enter. The Add Payment Type form gets displayed.
  3. Enter the Payment Type. It can be alpha numeric and should not exceed 35 characters. Remember characters such as #, � , � ,% are not allowed.
  4. If you would like to apply the online credit card payment process to the payment type, check mark the option Apply Credit Card Process.
  5. Click OK to add the payment type.
  6. Repeat the steps 2 to 4 to add more Payment Types.
  7. Click OK when finished entering all the payment types.
