Hotel Reservation Import and Export Module

In major resort type and Camp Type properties, Reservation Office is situated at different geographical location then Resort.

In such scenario, Reservation Office takes all reservations and send information to Resort. Such arrangement is very complex, time consuming and error prone.

There are 2 problems in manual operations, Reservation office will have to keep on calling Resort for room availability and the resort will have to do manual data entry for all reservations. We have specially designed this module in our resort management software for such properties so that

• Reservation office can check Rooms Availability from eZee FrontDesk Installed at Reservation Office
• Reservation Office can key in Reservation in eZee FrontDesk Installed at Reservation Office
