eZee FrontDesk Usage

eZee FrontDesk is used by different properties in different manner. Thus it can be classified as hotel reservation software, hotel management software, booking software, hotel accounting softwares, PMS sofware, resort software, motel software, lodging software, maintenance managment, hostel software and condo software.

UPGRADES AND SERVICE PACK

Latest Service Pack 5.2.0.123 release date 15 March 2006

New Features

-	Monthly Rental Report is added. This report is helpful to check the total revenue, total Cash and Credit Card Collection. This should be used for tax filling.
-	Yearly Rental Report is added.
-	We have now interface with X-Charge - a credit card processing solution. User can add a Credit Card payment and the card will be directly charged through X-Charge. Please call Sales people for more information. This is available for US and Canada only!
-	We have now interface with a new Call Accounting solution. Call A Matic.
-	User can specify the Currency, and this Currency will be printed on certain reports.
-	A new privilege has been added- certain users can not change the payment dates.
-	A new privilege has been added - You can now stop certain users to decrease the no of days of a Guest.

-	Report Name Change : Daily Report -> Daily Revenue Report
-	Report Name Change : Daily Summary Report -> Daily Rental Report
-	Report Name Change: Daily Report (Balance) -> Daily Balance Report
-	Report Name Change: Monthly Report -> Monthly Revenue Report
-	Report Name Change: Monthly Report (Sales) -> Monthly Sales Report
-	Report Name: Monthly Summary Report -> Monthly Statistics Report
-	Report Name Change: Yearly Report -> Yearly Revenue Report
-	The Registration form has separate folio notice now. User can configure it from Configuration.
-	We have now ability to print the list view information. Please right click on List View and the list can be printed.

Bug Fix

-	There was a bug in Restore Transaction, which has been fixed. It was causing problem in redo transaction.
